At the trial of contract killer Mickie (Phil) Smith the court was told one of his murders was done for the East Vancouver chapter of the Hells Angels. Smith killed Paul Percy Soluk at a crack house in Surrey and said a man he called Yurik helped him chop up and dispose of the body. Smith said "Yurik's not an Angel but he works with the Angels. I know he's done a lot of hits."

Of course Giles is not responsible for everything everyone in his chapter does, yet wire taps claim he is a leader in that chapter. He would therefor take part in administrative decisions that chapter would make. If the East Vancouver chapter was to oversea a drug ring, that wouldn't happen without the administration of that chapter knowing about it and profiting from it.

In the cocaine trial where his two associates were found guilty, the judge threw out wire tap evidence that caught Giles directing the business affairs of the cocaine trafficking. The judge claimed they didn't hear what the police heard on the tapes. Well now that the trial is over and any gag orders expired, lets make those tapes public. Let the public hear the tapes for themselves so they can hear just how indiscernible that evidence really was.

Judging by the candid photos it looks like David Giles is a nice guy with a healthy sense of humor. It's hard to imagine his other role on the administration of the East Vancouver Hells Angels. Kinda like it was hard to believe Commander Wing Nut was running around in stolen woman's underwear .Who would have thought that was possible?
